Catalogdog.com currently ships to the lower 48 states with no service to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any overseas shipments. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
| What is the return policy? |

Return Policy – Catalogdog.com has a simple but effective return policy when it comes to your customer being comfortable that they will be taken care of.
All Catalogdog.com products will be subject to the following return program.
Defective, Unusable, or expiration dated products – Any product sold from catalogdog.com that is defective, unusable, or has expiration date issues will be taken back from catalogdog.com with a credit towards the account being issued. This credit will include the cost of shipping for that particular item or a % based credit of shipping based on number of products in the shipment.
Customer will have at their discretion, the choice to either have an identical product re-shipped to them at no charge, or the ability to receive a refund at the time that catalogdog.com receives the returned product.
In certain instances, catalogdog.com will reserve the right to forgo the customer returning the product based on the costs associated. Catalogdog.com will still however adhere to the refund and re-shipment of an identical product.
All packages leaving the Catalogdog.com warehouse do so in well packed, quality assured boxes. In the event you receive a box from Catalogdog.com that incurs enough external damage that you believe may have damaged internal products, please make sure to adhere to the following:
1. Please keep the outer packaging
2. If possible, please immediately take a photograph of the box BEFORE opening.
3. Please submit your photos to: thedogpound@catalogdog.com.
This will ensure a properly documented trail for UPS and Catalogdog.com’s return department.
*** Catalogdog.com will NOT accept returns of products after the customer has been in receipt of the product for a term of 30 days or greater. No Exceptions. *** |
