Order Information
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "Account" link in the top level menu of our site to view your Account Dashboard. In the Recent Orders section of the Dashboard, if your order is still listed as Pending, you may contact our customer service team via phone (1.800.478.5468) or email (info@catalogdog.com) to modify your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

What if my order never arrived or an item is missing from my shipment?
Click the "Account" link in the top level menu our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I create an account?
  1. Click the "Log In" link in the top level menu of our site.
  2. In the "New Customers" column at the left, click the "Create an Account" button.
  3. Complete all required form fields and click the "Submit" button.
You will then be taken to your new Account Dashboard. Here, you will be able to manage the information associated with your account. Note that your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
If you are a returning customer but not currently logged in, click the "Log In" button. Enter your email address and password in the form fields and click the "Login" button. Then, click the "Account" link from the top level menu of the site.

What if I forgot my password?
Click the "Log In" link in the top level menu of our site. At the bottom of the Registered Customers column at the right, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. On the Forgot Your Password page, enter your email address in the form field and click the "Submit" button. We will email you a link to reset your password.

What if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt.

Pricing & Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
No. As a wholesaler, our customers are required to enter a valid Tax ID Number upon creating an account to place orders, which enables tax-exempt ordering.

Where can I get answers to questions about my charges?
Click the "Account" link in the top level menu of our site to review your orders on your Account Dashboard. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

When will I know my order total, including shipping charges?
Shipping will no longer be calculated prior to payment. Therefore, customers will be charged exact shipping on orders under $450.00. Orders over $450.00 will receive free shipping for up to 10% of the order value. For example an order of $450.00 is eligible to receive free shipping up to $45.00. The order total including shipping charges will be noted on the invoice emailed to you at the time the order in processed.

How can I obtain a copy of my invoice/receipt?
Click the "Account" link in the top level menu of our site to view recent orders on your Account Dashboard. Click the "View Order" link of any particular order to see details, and click on the "Print Order" icon on the top right of the corresponding page.

When will a credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may search by product type or brand. You may also choose from our New Arrivals, Best Sellers, Made in the USA or Specials categories. How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located in the green main menu bar at the top of the site. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand" whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow." How do I use a coupon?
