What is your return policy? has a simple but effective Return Policy to ensure our customers know that they will be taken care of.

All products will be subject to the following return program.

  • Any product sold from that is defective, unusable, or has expiration date issues will be able to be returned to with a credit given to the account from which it was issued. This credit will include the cost of shipping for that particular item or a percent-based credit of shipping based on the number of products in the shipment.
  • Customer will have at his/her discretion the choice to either have an identical product re-shipped to them at no charge, or the ability to receive a refund at the time that receives the returned product.
  • In certain instances, will reserve the right to forgo the customer returning the product based on the associated costs. will still, however, adhere to the refund and re-shipment of an identical product.
  • All packages leaving the warehouse do so in well packed, quality assured boxes. In the event you receive a box from that incurs enough external damage that you believe may have damaged internal products, please make sure to adhere to the following:
    • Note damage with carrier.
    • Please keep the outer packaging.
    • If possible, please immediately take a photograph of the box BEFORE opening.
